If i want to quit my job due to un-ehtical behavior and probably some illegal as well do I have to first speak with my employer regarding the situations I am having problems with. It has to do with falsifying certified payroll reports that I prepare but he signs and now involving employees reporting false information and signing their names due to claims filed against the company.

If you are an at-will employee (no contract for employment for a set term), you can quit at any time for any reason and you don't have to discuss the reasons with your employer. If you provide at least 72 hours' notice, you must be given your final paycheck including any earned and unused vacation time on your last day. If not, you are owed one day's pay for every day you have to wait - up to 30 days.
