If I quit because my work is causing me to develop an aggravating medical condition would I be eligible for unemployment?

If you quit, you can't collect unemployment. but if you can't work due to a medical condition, you can get State disability but you need a doctor to certify you for disability. If your job caused or contributed to your injury, you can claim for worker's compensation benefits and you can apply for State Disability benefits while you are treating.
