Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Reasonable accommodation nightmare

Reasonable accommendation with doctor's excuse was turned into std by employer. Receive only doctor visits coverage and no income benefits. Preexisting condition was aggravated by environment and chemical hazards at work. Filed worker's comp and dfeh claim (fmla).Std benefits required me to file with SDI but doctors refused to sign paperwork. Employer had known about my conditions (fmla form every 30 days...severe asthma and allergies). Doctors haven't told me my conditions are covered under ADA..I would like to know. Currently I have lost everything and living of Aid (have 3 children). Employer is know requesting me to fill out LTD papers but I not totally disabled (previously denied me last years..re totally not disabled) Several issues of whistleblowing, retaliation, and harrassment exist. Employer knows I keep notes about every issue concerning my health and employment.
