Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Reasonable Accomodation for Employment required uranaylis when verified bladder

I have documented nerve damage to my bladder. DOT

regulation requires me to submit to random

drug testing. I reported to the hospital for the test

as required. I was rushed out of the bathroom after

only a few minutes by staff hollering at me thru

thedoor - "are you done yet" "Ms name your 5 minutes

is up" etc... repeatedly for over 10 minutes. I had

already explained my damaged bladder I

responded I was not yet done. there were people

everywhere overhearing this and it

is the public bathroom used by all these people. They

kept hollering at me thru the door - I asked them if

they wanted to come in as I was getting extremely

embarrassed and they kept hollering "Ms name do

you have your sample yet?" etc to which I said I was

still trying.

They did this repeatedly. They then called my employer

and told him I was refusing to co-operate. They

hollered thru the door "your supervisor says you must

abandon the bathroom Ms .." This is not right!

They have damaged my credibility at work

alleging that I was not co-operating and embarassed

the hell out of me in this small community - what

recourse do
