Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Thank you for showing an interest in our world of plaintiff's employment law. . There are many lawyers who are willing to defend the corporations.But not enough of us who are willing to fight for the little guy.

More important than anything you can read (you've done enough of that in law school) is getting involved with employee rights organizations to make contacts and learn about activities that may interest you. You should bookmark websites for organizations such as the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) or workplacefairness.org. to see what plaintiff's employment lawyers are involved with for judicially and legislatively. You will also find members of these organizations who are active in the practice and may be in a position to get you started with your career.
