Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was recently accused of illegal drug use during work by a co worker. He came into the room and told me " I dont care if you do drugs at home, but at work?" I was confused, I really didnt know what he was talking about. I told him what are you talking about and he told me " dont play dumb, do I need to spell it out for you?" Then he told me to leave my access card for work, and told me I had 10 minutes to leave before I was escorted of the property. He had no proof to back up his accusation, but not wanting to add to this ridiculous claim, I left feeling incredibly embarrassed and sick to my stomach. My boss wasn't at work that day, and I have tried on several accounts to talk with him but he ignores my calls, e-mails, and texts. It has been 4 work days I have missed and that is a lot of money in the field I work in. Is there anything I can do about this? Some advice would be very useful, Thank You

I am terribly sorry about the incident. In reality the only immediate option you have at this time is to file a claim under Workers' Compensation Laws.
