Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I just recently put in my resignation for work, I worked for this company for almost 2 years in November. I never took my vacation, when they gave me my raise, they only gave me backpay for 544 hours, they still owe me for 1044 hours backpay. What do I do if they try to tell me that they are not going to pay me for it?

File a claim with the California Labor Commission or file a lawsuit, if the amount of wage is large enough to justify the cost.
