i was recently terminated from my job in the hospital as an RN and im still on my orientation my manager said that i did not pass from my orientation for 23 days is there any grounds for fighting this?

Unless there is a collective bargaining agreement governing the orientation period, most likely not. Employment in CA is at-will, which means you can be terminated for no reason or any reason, except illegal reasons like discrimination and retaliation for whistle-blowing.
