Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I recently won a Summary Judgment against my company which is a union shop. Can I now sue the Union for not representing me???????

You will have to decide whether it's worth the effort and the money you'd spend doing so. Your first task might be to have the judgment entered against your employer and pursuing collection. You might also want the union on your side if the employer takes further action against you in retaliation for taking it to court.
