Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have recently come off of workmans comp. I noticed on my paycheck that my employer dropped my pay by over 2$ an hour. My question is this, can my employer legally change my pay rate, without informing me in any way? Also, I was hurt on the job while performing a route, making 15$ an hour. I am doing the same type of work. What rights do I have in this situation?

If the employer reduced your pay without informing you, in advance, or because you filed a workers compensation claim, it would be a breach of contract or unlawful retaliation.
