Not recieving pay check in a timely manner

I work for a large termite and pest control company. I work on an hourly bases and get payed weekly. however, every third week in the month, my check is either not made out or is misss placed. Sometimes it is blamed on computer problem at their corp office. How can i get them to pay me on time and get this straight??????????????

You might document it and file a claim with the EDD (State of CA Dept of Labor).
