Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Reclassification cancelled

My company recently conducted a Reclassification Study of positions, interviews were conducted and when results were received they declared they were cancelling the process and results were not to be released. Are those studied employees able to view the results? Can this process be cancelled once it's been taken to this point?

Re: Reclassification cancelled

The fact that your employer canceled the investigation sounds suspicious. I would have to hear more. Your employer does not have to disclose what was found.
