Legal Question in Employment Law in California
refusal to submit to a polygraph
1. Does california labor law require that I submit to a polygraph test.
2. What are the possible repercussion if I don't?.
Employer has a loss of $20,000 over a one year period, so they say. They do no inventory of any kind and have a lax record keeping system. The company has not been making as much and they want to blame someone.

Re: refusal to submit to a polygraph
California employers cannot require employees to take polygraph tests and cannot punish them for refusing to do so.
