reimbursment for required training
My employer requires CPR certification as a condition of employment. Are they required by law to pay for this training. or to reimburse me for costs?

I didn't do any specific research on your question, but let me give you a pretty strong "I doubt it."
Some employers require you to have a college degree. They don't have to pay for it. Some employers require you have certain professional licenses. They don't have to pay for them.
There may be some freaky, unusual law that is right on point for your case, but again . . . I doubt it.
