religious beliefs and job performance
I have an employee who does the ordering for our company. She will not order the morning after pill (we are a medical practice) as she believes this is a form of abortion and has clearly stated she will not participate in anything that involves, promotes, supports anything to do with abortion. Whate are employee rights within this context?

If someone else can order them, then that would be a reasonable accommodation for the employee's religious beliefs.
If no accommodation is possible without undue hardship (and the key word is "undue"), then you might be excused from taking necessary steps to accommodate. Make sure to document all steps that you take to accommodate.
