Religious Freedom for City Employees

I would like to know what are my rights to pray at my place of employment during my lunch hour? I have been told that I cannot get together with coworkers to pray and read the Bible. I work for a city.

They cannot stop you from praying quietly to yourself on your lunch hour but for them to allow you to conduct this type of organized activity on city property would be a foul violation of the Constitution. The work place is not a proper place for this type of activity.
