Legal Question in Employment Law in California

requests for admisssions

I am handling my case on my own. I am the only one providing answers to the interrogatories and requests for admissions. How do I respond to the following question?

Is your response to each Request for Admission served with these interrogatories an unqualified admission? If not, for each response that is not an unqualified admission, state the number of the request and set forth the facts upon which you based your response.

Re: requests for admisssions

The question speaks for itself and your lack of understanding demonstrates you need an attorney.

You were served with a set of Request for Admissions. For each response that was other than "Admit", you need to provide the facts support the response and indentify the supporting witness and documents.
