Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Requirement of managerial training regarding issues such as sexual harrassment

It is my understanding that there are several states that now require a specified number of hours of training related to sexual harrassment and other similar issues be given to managers. CT is one such state. I am interested in learning about any laws in the State of CA that relate to this issue -- existing laws and pending ones. I have a number of clients who wish this information, and I have been unable to find it.

Thank you in advance fo ryour help.

I am not aware of any law requiring it. Some companies do it as a matter of policy to avoid potntial lawsuits.
