Requirements for Unemployment Compensation
1. Whether a workplace environment of patterned and continuous harassment by supervisor amounts to "good cause" for resignation?
2. Whether imposition of work projects which cannot reasonably be completed within designated time period, and known to be true by supervisor, leading to failure by employee amounts to "misconduct" by employee justifying denial of unemployment benefits"
