Legal Question in Employment Law in California

retaliation, wrongful termination.

i was terminated while on probation after reporting to HR of the working conditions. I spoke up for employee's who were not being given pl or sl when they had it available. They were moved when they complained to an undesirable location and change in pay. I was not allowed to do my work as the other employee (with same title) I was isolated and not spoken with. I felt I was treated different because I refused to conform to the wrong practices. Since then, they have fired the boss and the secretary responsible but then also fired me. I have filed with the DFEH. Is there anything else I need to know or do?

Re: retaliation, wrongful termination.

In order to determine whether you have a good claim based on retaliation, you would have to describe more the circumstances surrounding the underlying conditions of which you were complaining about. Of particular interest would be what the 'wrong practices' were. Were they 'wrong' because they offended you personally or did they violate some kind of state law or public policy?
