Legal Question in Employment Law in California
If I have retired from military service in the reserves (over 20 years) and I had a civil service position that required you to be a member in the reserves at the same time, and as such had to leave that position, am I eligible for unemployment benefits?
If so, does that fall under UCX (Unemployment Comp for Ex-Servicemembers) or under UCFE (Unemployment Comp for Federal Employees)?
