Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I retired from from Retail clerks union in 2007. Got another non-union job. Not working now. UFCW now wants all money that I was paid while working another non union job job. Can they do this?

This is not my area of expertise. But it sounds fishy. The union should provide you with some authority such as a statute or contract term that allows them to do this. If they haven't done that yet, ask them under what authority they are making the demand. If they can't give you any, then don't pay them.
