Safety Bonus

Safety Bonus:

I was given the choice to resign or be terminited, I

choose resigning. Safety bonus ran from Nov. to Nov.

I resigned Dec. 4th. 1999 I worked for co. over 4 yrs.

Safety bonus amounted to $500.00 No accidents, tickets

etc. Perfect record for the year of 99. My boss and

pay roll told me I was to receive the full $500.00 plus two weeks pay. Corporate denied me my bonus, no
