Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Salaried Employee
I am a salaried employee, because of certain economic conditions my boss has said a directive from our corporate office to make all managers work a 6th day, so working six days does not make me feel to happy about this job, but I need it so what will happen if I refuse? They did only say this was temporary but did not give us a time frame when this woulod end. Any recourse?

Re: Salaried Employee
Well I guess the worst thing that could happen if you refused to work the additional days is that your employer could terminate you. There is no recourse for such action.
