Salary Decrease
At my job, we just recieved a salary cut for all mananagement. We have other employees that are salary, but not considered Management. Is this legal for managament to get a decrease in salary, but not other lower position salaried people?

Yes. Pay decrease by job classification is not illegal.

Thanks for your posting. Although it may seem entirely unfair, only reductions in salary that are due to discrimination (in all its forms) are actionable. An employer does have the right to reduce salaries for management.
