Legal Question in Employment Law in California

seeking legal advice and help.

I work for a well known big company. i feel i am discriminated and harassed based on my status and the country of origin. the harassment and abuse is not just recent occurences but have been going on for several years. as a honest and sincere person i have been keeping quit for all these years not knowing to whom exactly to be contacted to help me out of this situation. added i am being threatened based on my visa status. but i dont want to shut my mouth anymore and want to let the company senior most management to know about the situation. i dont want the situation be untold. but i do not know the legal actions and procedures i have to go through. i would like to seek some advice from experts. can anybody help me and advice me.
