'' You Don't Send a Woman to do a Man's Job''
I was hired for a position that requires more than one person or a very physically fit Man, to stock and display heavy outdoor power equipment. Several men including my boss have made the statement I should not be doing a mans job. and a demotion was mentioned.
I am paid bi-weekly and when I first started I never received my paycheck for almost 5 weeks. My boss or supervisor wrote me a personal check until I received my paycheck and his check bounced in my bank account.
I have never received my mileage reimbursement.
I was thrown into a job that required 4-5 people to complete it in a specific time frame. I was the only one on the job and I ended up in the hospital with ulcers.
and several other actions my boss has done to prevent me from doing my job.
I have wrote and called the main office regarding this situation and nothing has been done to resolve my issues.
Is this a form of sexual harassment and or discrimination?

The answer to your question as stated is "yes". Clearly this is some form of sexual harassment or discrimination. Your damages, or the effect on you for litigation purposes, is not clear yet. You've stated they are talking about demoting you, but that hasn't happened, so you are status quo as far as your job is concerned.
Is this bad enough for you to quit, or are you about to be fired? Are there witnesses to these statements?
