serverance comp

My husband just got layoff yesterday. He had been w/company more than 15yrs.

He doesn't sign his serv package yesterday. He felt he derserved more. Is that any chance we can n egotiate? We felt that he might be discreminated RIF? is it a good case to go after employer?

You may wish to have a lawyer review the severance agreement before your husband signs it since he feels that there may be some discrimination involved. You can negotiate a severance agreement. There is no way of knowing if you have a case against the ex-employer based on the limited facts supplied. You really need to discuss the matter with a labor and employment lawyer.
