Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Sexual Harassment

I have had a few encounters over the years with another associate. He has made sexual comments and gestures toward me. I had notified my direct management about the situation. Nothing happened. I was then repremanded with the threat of no hours and later written up for violating a ''respect'' policy. I feel that I was written up unfairly.

This was two years ago. Just recently I had a huge run in with ''him'' and had to deal with Human Resources. I feel that something should of been done years ago to get rid of this menace!

I feel that whenever I voice my concern to my Human Resource department, I get into trouble.

HR offered no help to my situation.

What should I do?
