use of sick leave for promotions
can employer use a persons sick leave as a tool to judge a persons qualifications for a new position within the company? person is allowed 96 hours of sick leave per year. company arbitrarily says after 50 they can deny you the position without even interviewing you. what recourse do we have to counter this?
