Sick Time
Is there a law or statute in California which stipulates the minimum number of sick days which should be provided to a full-time employee? The question is related to a company which has hundreds of employees.

There is no state mandated sick leave. The City of San Francisco has mandatory sick leave, but it is not required by the State of California
