Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I am starting a web based Wed Design firm. I may need to hire employees in the future, and I am wondering if I can pay them on commission alone, or if I have to pay a minimum wage.

You absolutely must pay at least minimum wage, which is currently $9.00 in Calif.
