state unemployment insurance

will you be disqualified for unemployment insurance (state of calif.) if you attend school? or if you don't disclose that you're attending school?

Possibly, if attending school makes you unavailable for work. Some people take night classes or attend a part-time schedule and still work. You must be ready, willing and able to work in order to receive unemployment benefits.
