Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hello there ,

i am from Stockton California ,i was hired by a tamp agency and sand to a client on a recycling plant as a labor on CRT line ,dismantling t vs ets

and then after like 2 weeks i had pane and soreness and numbness in my both hands specially in my left hand ,i goes to the doctor and doctor said its work related injury i reported to the company but i already mention my tamp agency when i took off for in sick and went to doctor my self.next day i gave medical report to the company safety manager and he said he will discuses to the company doctors .i figure out its a hard work maybe my body will get use to it but time by time my pain and numbness in left wrist go with and i talk to the company guy that my pain is worst no and he said this is not a work related injury its because you are sleeping on your hand .then i goes to my doctor and he suggest again that its a work related injury he she gave me some pain killers ,but doesn't helped .i request supervisor that i have pain in my hand and i cant do this work please move me any other department if you have so he moves me some other department but time by time backing fourth and then he moves me at a department where we use hammer but not that much where i worked before .after 1 month flowing supervisor start telling me that keep up the weight i sad i am trying my best and i mentioned that i have problem with my hand ,after 1 week he said i am moving you back to the CRT line (where i worked before and heart my hand) next day ass a start working on CRT line my pain shoot me and i cant work there so i report again to safety guy that today i have doctors appointment so please gave me my reports he said your case is closed what happened i said i still have pain and going to my doctors because you denied to take me to the doctors ,then he took me to company doctor and he make x ray and he take me to lite duty no lifting more then 20 pounds for 2 weeks and refer me to a physical therapist . company said go and report to your tamp agency they don't have any light duty .i mention the recruiters of tamp agency i wanna work and please give me any light duty they said they will notify me when they find some thing for me.and your are on workers Compensation ,and temp start blaming me that you didn't report injury to us i said when i took of f i called temp and the company both for this reason but after that i didn't tell tamp agency about my follow ups with my doctors.after 1 week they said go back to the company where you work before ,and i goes to the job and head supervisor move me on a light duty work after i complete therapy but as soon i star working some time light some time heavy but whenever i start heavy duty my pain was there .then after 2 weeks i had another appointment with company doctor ,he asked me the situation and then i mention that with light duty i fell batter but whenever the move i worked heavy its heart me allot ,doctor said you probably find a different job and he asked that which kind of work you can perform over there i mention and told doctor that i can work light duty and allow me because i am not in this condition to work full duty he said OK let me make report ,and he discharged me as full duty without any restriction, i didn't notice and took the report and return to the home .but i realize that this report is not representing my condition ,next day i went to job and tried to call doctor but hospital staff said if you want appointment let us know but doctor deny to talk to me (his staff said)after 2 days when i reached at the company gate my entry card denied on main gate to open the gate for parking but security guard open the gate for me i went to 2nd gate to clocking that gate didn't accept my company card ,another guy who entered in the lobby he opened for me and the i changed my uniform and goes to locker to ware to boots and safety stuff i found my locker was clean sweep-ed nothing inside .i was shocked and went to the security they said they don't know the guy asked me the did any body told you last day that any thing about this or any fight or and dispute i said noting you guys can check video ,guard start calling supervisor he didn't answer and then i start trying to call but same,i text supervisor he reply that report your agency i mention the i have no notification for that or where is my bots and stuff he reply go to the agency and denied to talk to me, guard force me to go out from lobby and the parking and then he took my card from me ,the time was 6.00 am and tamp agency opening time was 08.00 am i goes straight to the agency and wait until they opened,i talk the hiring manager that this was happened with me with insult over there ,she said that we tried to call you yesterday but you didn't pic the phone ,we leave messages on voice mail i said i didn't received and miss call or voice mail from you guys and my phone never turned off sh said maybe we called wrong number ,and another lady who handle safety cases said that let me find some job for you but it will be normal duty like heavy lifting i said cant do it i need light duty i have carp Turner pain in my hand she said you doctor discharged you as full work.i said i have pain in my hand i told doctor but he make this report i don't know why.she said she ll call me if she find some light job for me ,i wait for 1 week but keep calling and i said i am felling batter and give my any normal duty lets see what gonna happened but nothing ,i sign up with allot of other tamp agency and start appalling online and trying to find job ,workers comp denied that carpal tunnel pain start that early and put me on hold for 4 months and investigation for my medical records .my question is can i take my case to labor court because of mishandling or termination from work without and reason ,any notification ?i worked almost 4 month as a temporary but they hired all others from my batch accept me .please tell me what to do ?? HELP PLEASE
