Sue Employer Small Claims Future Record
If I sue an employer in small claim court in CA, will this show on my future record and prevent me from being hired by a different company?

Re: Sue Employer Small Claims Future Record
A search of the court docket may -- or may not -- show the small claims case. I'm not sure that small claims cases are reported on credit reports. Whether it will affect future employment depends upon 1) the diligence of the future employers; and 2) whether anyone would care about a small claims case -- especially if it's over money owed for wages, absence, or vacation.
