Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Can you sue for(1) hostile environment in the workplace (2) unfair distribution of work assignments because of favoritism (3) force able working assignments because of failure to employ personnel for square footage covered according to Job Description for Housekeeping Aide Hospital worker.

You can only sue for such things if they are because of discrimination based on race, gender, or other classification protected by civil rights laws. You can't sue for plain old run of the mill bad management or favoritism that has nothing to do with civil rights violations.
