Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Right To Sue letter from DFEH

I just spoke with the consultant at DFEH and was told that they can not locate the former employer at any of the business site locations listed with the Secretary of State and they can not gain access to serve the agent in the gated residential community.

She said they will be closing my discrimination claim against the former employer and sending the ''right to sue letter''.

Now, I am afraid to go to the second Labor Commission Hearing on May 23rd. If they have the money to live in a gated community, open business sites, violate laws and move to avoid DFEH and creditors; I don't know what they are capable of doing.

Maybe I watch too much television, but people disappear everyday, and I don't want to be one of them.

Please help.
