Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Sunday and monday night i worked the overnight shift from 10pm - 7am. getting off at 7am this morning,i am schedualed to work the day shift tomarrow, as well as thursday, morning from 8 - 5pm. is there a law in regaurds to a "recovery" time between overnight and day shift.
