My supervisor terminates me and jumps on my back in a full nelson. I get him off my back run away call da police. A nightmare. Please help. Im in california. I work at a dairy?

If unprovoked, the supervisor's actions constitute both civil and possibly criminal battery. I hope you weren't hurt. As far as your employment, there must be a lot more going on.
