Re: surveilance camera monitoring

The most important step is to make sure all employees are aware of the electronic monitoring. The cameras should not be hidden and there should written notices disseminated to everyone, preferably signed by your employees acknowledging they are aware they are being monitored. There should be no cameras in purely private areas such as restrooms.

It would be best to discuss your plan with an employment law attorney in your area to make sure you are not violating anyone's right to privacy.
