Suspended with No pay
I was suspended for 3 days without pay because of '' Misconduct from employees computer''
The alleged incident took place at approximately 01:45PM and at that time I was having lunch with my family in the company conference room ( It was my birthday)
What is my recourse.

You have several options. First, try to exhaust this administratively from within your company by talking to a human resources manager. If this fails, consider taking this to the labor commissioner by scheduling a hearing with the labor board. Thirdly, you can hire an attorney for a nominal fee to hopefully resolve your situation with a strongly worded letter. Of course, if you are dismissed because of any of these actions, then you would have a strong case for wrongful termination.
