Legal Question in Employment Law in California
i was suspended with out a reason and i asked why and for how long and my GM tolled me till further notice and its been a week and nothing what can i do?

Look for another job, or wait. You also may want to contact the EDD and find out how long they can keep you on suspension before you are entitled to go on unemployment.
