If I was terminated from my job at a NPO and the boss did not get the computer from me and two weeks later is threatening with police if I do not return the computer, do I have to return it?

Are you seriously asking if you have to return property in your possession that does not belong to you? If you don't, it is called stealing. You decide.

No, you do not have to return it, as long as you want to be convicted of a crime.
