Termination while on disability leave

While out on disability (not workers compensation) does an employer have the legal right to terminate your employment or request of you voluntary seperation after you have exhausted the time alloted under FMLA?

In some cases an employer may terminate. The nature of the disability will dertermine the level of protection you have. You should discuss your case in detail with an experianced employment attorney.
