termination

if i file a greivance before the company decides to terminate me. are they obgiated to deal with the greivance first or can they just terminate me?

It depends on the reason they want to terminate you. Filing a grievance does not automatically put a stay on the termination, if they were going to fire you for unrelated reasons.
