Legal Question in Employment Law in California

termination and unpaid vacation time

over the last few months I have been under alot of stress at work due to another employee I complained to management frequently nothing was ever done. About 3 weeks ago again I was accused of something that I had not done nor did I have knowledge of I decided then I could no longer take this so I informed my employer that I was leaving work immediately I went directly to my physician who put me on one week of stress release. Upon my return to work a meeting and conference call with corp.,management and the coworker was conducted I was asked to sign an agreement that no further ill comments would be made (I however wasn't making them to begin with) as far as I knew things were fine then the following tues. I was suspended without an exact cause "pending an investigation" Fri. I was terminated I didn't comply with the agreement I was told, I vehemently disagree with this. I was handed my final paycheck which included my X-mas club but did not include my approx. 40hrs of earned vacation time not only do I feel this was a wrongful termination but I also feel it was retalitory and aren't I entitled to my earned vacation time

thank you for your response--name removed--
