Time limit to file age discrimination

Is there a time limit or lapse of time limit from the time one is terminated and the date by which a law suit is filed for age discrimination. This would involve a very large company...Fortune 500 Company...Thank you...

Certainly is. Call to discuss. This is the work we do. Must file claim with state or fed govt within time limit set. Thereafter, must file litigation within time limit set by state or fed agency. Don Holben 800-685-6950
