Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Today is payday at a federal job, was new hire on the 26th of june filed for direct deposit been 3 weeks and i didnt get paid today not just me but most of the other hires i work with. VA says sorry we are working on it best we can and they have to write a special check by Tuesday if things dont get fixed sooner is there any laws that i can present to them that give me the right to have them give me the special check today.
