Legal Question in Employment Law in California

unable to perform job

I have two supervisors and an office administrator that do not understand my job. It is my job to make sure that our patients have authorizations for their office visits etc. I am consistently pulled to do tasks that are no longer in my job description. I have been passed up for promotions. I have not received an actually review in 2 years but have received an increase in pay. I have tried to discuss this problem with both of the supervisors and administrator to no avail. I am starting have anxiety and stress about the fact that they are preventing me from doing my job. I can't sleep at night because of this. What is the best course of action for me to take at this time?

Re: unable to perform job

Deal with it or find a new job. There is nothing legally you can do about your situation.
