Uncertain of term in contract

What does "at will" mean in a contract such as: "As we agreed, the terms of yoyr "at will" employment will be as follows:"

I'm uncertain as to what the term "at will" means. Any information will be appreciated.

A written at will employment contract makes little sense. I would need to read it to answer your question.
